Alexa Chung walked the red carpet for the star-studded 2012 Met Costume Institute Gala, which was held on Monday night (May 7) in New York City.
She donned a striped leather off-shouldered and metallic purple floral printed dress with spaghetti straps from the Marc Jacobs Fall 2012 collection.
Alexa matched her flirty yet edgy dress with a white button up shirt with long sleeves for a conservative edge.
She also carried a black bag by Mandy Coon as well as wore a pair of black lace up heels by Tabitha Simmons.
