Busy Philipps attended the 2012 Academy Awards, which was held on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood, California.

She chose to wear a dark grey strapless and floral lace gown with a sweetheart neckline and gathered detailing in the center by Dolce & Gabbana.

Busy added color to her look by wearing fuchsia Brian Atwood "Goldy" pumps and super gorgeous statement earrings in various shades of blue.

Busy finished with a straight hair style that was parted to one side and pretty makeup.

Her gown, however, is rather boring and not glamorous enough for the event.
